Veteran Appreciation Scholarship
Oklahoma State University (OSU) is proud to offer Active Duty Military, Reservists,
National Guardsmen, Veterans, and their dependents the opportunity to receive a scholarship
in honor of their dedication, service, and academic achievement. Students attending
the OSU Stillwater or Tulsa campuses are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours, or full time equivalent for grad school.
- Must provide proof of service, or dependent status, at time of application
- Student must have earned a minimum of 12 college-level hours at OSU with a 3.0 cumulative graduation/retention GPA at the time of application and have a minimum of 24 credit hours remaining
**Grad Students must provide proof of enrollment in a graduate program to have application considered complete.
Student Veteran Scholarship

the opportunity to receive a scholarship in honor of their dedication, service, and
academic achievement. Students attending the OSU Stillwater or Tulsa campuses are
eligible to apply.

- Must provide proof of service at time of application (i.e. DD214, Veteran ID Card,
etc.)

Kellie Payne & Dave Newcomb Annual Scholarship
The Kelli Payne and Dave Newcomb Annual Scholarship is intended for students enrolled
as a graduate student at Oklahoma State University and must be a United States Military
Veteran. First preference will be given to veterans who are working toward a Master's
degree in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Second selection
preference will be given to any academically qualified graduate student in any field
of study who is a veteran.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a graduate student at Oklahoma State University
- Must have a 2.5 GPA or above
- Must provide proof of service at time of application (i.e. DD214, Veteran ID Card, etc.)
**Grad Students must provide proof of enrollment in a graduate program to have application
considered complete.
