Reduced Rates
- High School Seniors who are Oklahoma Residents
High school seniors who are Oklahoma residents enrolling in Cowboy Concurrent Online courses incur no out-of-pocket costs for Cowboy Current Online course tuition or fees up to 18 hours.
The reduced rate applies ONLY to Cowboy Concurrent Online classes. Other OSU concurrent coursework has a different billing structure.
Some concurrent courses require textbooks and exam proctoring which are additional expenses paid for by the student.
State tuition waivers and fee scholarships from the OSU Foundation are applied to eligible Oklahoma high school senior's bursar accounts after the enrollment period ends. This is typically the third week of the semester.
- High School Juniors who are Oklahoma Residents
Oklahoma resident high school juniors can receive a tuition waiver for up to nine credit hours for the 2023-2024 academic year. This offer is available to the first 100 students who enroll for each eligible semester (summer 2023, fall 2023 and spring 2024).
If Oklahoma resident juniors are not in the first 100 to enroll then the rate for Cowboy Concurrent Online courses is a reduced rate of $775 per course.

- High School Juniors and Seniors Not Oklahoma Residents
Out-of-state high school students enrolling in Cowboy Concurrent Online courses are charged $300 per credit hour, or $900 for a 3-credit hour course.
The reduced rate applies ONLY to Cowboy Concurrent Online classes. Other OSU concurrent coursework has a different billing structure.
Some concurrent courses require textbooks and exam proctoring which are additional expenses paid for by the student.
- Undocumented Students
Undocumented students enrolling in Cowboy Concurrent Online courses pay the out-of-state concurrent rate of $300 per credit hour, or $900 for a 3-credit hour course.
The reduced rate applies ONLY to Cowboy Concurrent Online classes. Other OSU concurrent coursework has a different billing structure.
Some concurrent courses require textbooks and exam proctoring which are additional expenses paid for by the student.
There is a one-time application fee required for admission to OSU. Students planning to take concurrent coursework more than one semester or those who are considering attending OSU as a freshman will only incur an application fee once, even though they may submit multiple applications.
